EVENT RESERVATIONS

Windridge Country Club requires a rental agreement to reserve this venue for special events.  The agreement includes all of the information to successfully coordinate your event.  A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due at the time of reserving the venue and will be applied to client’s total cost. 

                                       MENU SELECTION

Our menu choices offer a wide variety of combinations for your consideration.  In addition, our staff enjoys expressing their creativity by custom designing a menu unique to your event.  All food and beverages must be purchased through Windridge Country Club unless approved by Windridge staff. Menu prices are guaranteed no more than three months prior to your event.  We require a five item minimum from our Hors D’oeuvre menu.       

                                      SERVICE AND LABOR CHARGES

All food and beverage items are subject to a 20% gratuity charge and applicable sales tax.  There will be a $120.00 clean-up fee.  No exceptions.  Client is responsible for the removal of all décor brought to venue within 24 hours following the event.  Client must inform Windridge of any other vendors involved with the event such as Florists, DJ’s, Musicians, Cake Designers, etc.

 GUARANTEE OF GUESTS

 

A final guarantee of the number of guests attending the event is due to Windridge no later than five business days prior to the scheduled function.  At this time, all forms must be signed and payment in full is required for the event.  You will be required to pay for the guaranteed number of guests plus any additional guests served.  We will be happy to prepare for additional guests with advance notice.  There will be a 10% charge per guest in additional to the agreed cost for guests that are served without advance notice, assuming we are able to prepare for them.  The guarantee number may not be lowered.

PARTIES WITH LESS THAN 50 GUESTS – FEES WILL VARY.

WE OFFER TABLE LINEN RENTALS FOR EVENTS.

 Windridge Country Club has an ABC license to serve alcoholic beverages on days and hours that are legally allowed.

          A cash or open bar is available with:

Bartender Fees:   $15.00 per hour with a three hour minimum

Set-up Fees:         $2.00 per person (Includes ice, cups, mixers)

I hereby acknowledge the Windridge Country Club, Inc. does not allow any alcoholic beverages to be brought onto the premises. WCC is not responsible for any underage individuals attending this event. 

In consideration of the renting of the premises of to the undersigned, the undersigned hereby releases the Windridge Country Club, its officers, directors, members and employees from any and all suits, actions, compensations consequential and punitive damages, any and allproperty damage, personal injuries, illness, death resulting from any occurrence or accident that may occur as a result of or arise out of leasing or use of the described premises by the renter.

The undersigned hereby agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Windridge Country Club against any such claims brought by any person or entity.
